Upload your logo and choose dashboard colours. Generated reports carry your branding. - Shared work and review
Give colleagues their own accounts and assign roles, responsibilities and review access. - Evidence and reporting
Record evidence references, track progress and generate reports. Keep source documents in the secure locations your organisation controls. - Client control
Your administrator manages members and invitations. Workspace records remain separate from other organisations. - Administrator export
Export your organisation’s records for continuity and reporting.
Room to grow. Clear billing.
Upgrade when you need more places. Review the prorated difference and pay it before the higher allowance takes effect.
Downgrade when your team is smaller. Once active users and pending invitations fit the new limit, the change takes effect immediately. Unused paid value becomes credit against your next bills; any excess carries forward.
Keep the same workspace. Changes between user bands keep your records, subscription and renewal date. Self-service changes retain your current monthly or annual billing frequency.
Cancel future renewals in My Account. Editing access continues through the paid period. After that, the workspace becomes read-only and administrator export remains available, subject to the agreed retention terms.
Before you choose
Do I need to install software?
No. The workspace is web-based and hosted by JSA. Each invited user creates their own password.
What counts towards my user allowance?
Active members and unexpired pending invitations reserve places. Revoke unused invitations to release their places.
Is training included?
Workspace guidance is included. Live onboarding, tailored training and implementation advice are available by separate agreement.
Can I use the framework and tools outside my organisation?
The subscription licenses internal use within the subscribing organisation. It does not transfer ownership of JSA’s framework, toolkit or software, or permit resale or redistribution.
Is there an option for founding partners?
Confirmed founding partners can receive a personal invitation or coupon for six months of access for up to 30 users. This is a separate offer and does not create an automatic paid subscription.
